Role Overview

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Lead to oversee end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives across the Caribbean region, including the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Florida, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Saint Lucia, and Trinidad & Tobago. This role combines project leadership, client collaboration, technical expertise, and hands-on delivery of innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation & Project Delivery

  • Lead digital transformation projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of measurable results across multiple countries in the Caribbean region.
  • Design and co-create digital solutions in partnership with clients, ensuring adoption, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Implement and continuously optimize internal digital tools to drive efficiency, automation, and process improvement.

Client Engagement & Strategy

  • Manage and prioritize the opportunity pipeline, participating actively in the creation of strategic proposals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle of each project.
  • Apply a consultative approach to identify needs, propose solutions, and deliver value-added outcomes.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop high-performance, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability across all project stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

Data & Analytics

  • Power BI
  • SQL (Query Language and Database Administration)
  • High-Level Programming Languages (Java, C#, C++)
  • Advanced Excel

Platforms & Integration

  • Power Platform and other Low-Code/No-Code technologies (Appian, Make.com, Zapier, Outsystems)
  • API knowledge (REST API, SOAP, etc.)
  • Experience with ERPs, CRMs, OSS (Operational Support Systems), and BSS (Business Support Systems)

Qualifications & What We Value

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar digital transformation, consulting, or technology leadership role.
  • Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural and international environments.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to guide and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strategic and results-oriented mindset.
  • High sense of innovation and consultative approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to relocate to the Caribbean (relocation support provided by the company).
  • Availability to travel frequently to manage projects across different countries and operational contexts.

Location

Hybrid — based in the Caribbean, with high availability for regional travel.
