The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Software Developer to design, build, and scale innovative software applications. In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with cross-functional, international teams, requiring seamless communication in both English and Spanish. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical architecture, particularly within AWS environments, and integrating AI-driven solutions into our core offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Design & Architecture: Analyze user needs to design effective software applications and actively participate in overall solution architecture.
• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using C#, Python, and various web frameworks, applying strong Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and maintain cloud-based applications, heavily leveraging AWS services (such as EC2, Lambda, and cloud-native databases).
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior team members, conduct thorough code reviews, and help establish engineering best practices.
• Bilingual Collaboration: Serve as a technical bridge between English-speaking clients and Spanish-speaking stakeholders or team members, ensuring clear communication of complex requirements.
• Innovation & Integration: Evaluate and implement new technologies, particularly focusing on integrating AI tools (like AWS Rekognition) to enhance client deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive unit tests to ensure software reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Language: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
• Location: Must be based in the USA (100% Remote).
• Experience & Technical Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, JavaScript/Node.js, React, or similar).
  • Extensive, hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Backend & Frameworks: Extensive knowledge of C# using Visual Studio MVC, Webforms, and Entity Framework.
