Role Overview
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Expert is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with the organization’s business goals. This role partners closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management).
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Utilize assessment tools (e.g., psychometrics, structured interviews) to ensure quality of hire.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) to optimize processes.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and talent forecasting.
