Role Overview

Responsibilities:

  1. The Enrollment Counselor’s main responsibility is to provide counselling service by guiding the beneficiary through the process of changing their MCO.
  2. Listen to the beneficiary to understand their needs better.
  3. To be aware of all applicable laws regarding patient confidentiality.
  4. Know their workstation and the tasks assigned.
  5. Have a daily, weekly, and monthly workplan.
  6. Use the available resources and be conscious of using them adequately.
  7. Share experience with other members of the Team.
  8. Be on-time and avoid absenteeism.
  9. General cleanliness of their work area and other shared areas.
  10. Be a critical thinker.

Tools & Equipment

The representative will use the following for his/her job:

  1. Laptop / Computer: will be used to access the web application developed for the enrollment process and will have other software to support their counselling services.

Additional Information

  • Will be managing beneficiaries' calls utilizing the communications platforms and should adhere to established call metrics.
  • Preferably to work in person; if there are difficulties, can work remotely. Working schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM; accommodations can be worked out.
  • The job duration is starting on December 5th, 2025 through February 27, 2026. During this period, if the employee complies with metrics, a $200 monthly incentive will be paid.
